What is Intentional Creativity?

Intentional Creativity® (and, as I call it, “Inside Out Art”) is a practice that literally means to create with intention. It can be applied to any creative activity whether it be painting, sculpting, cooking, singing, writing, gardening, or any of countless other activities.

By setting an intention, inquiring, imagining, and listening deeply to what arises, both sides of the brain are engaged, and the wisdom of the heart is revealed through intuition, symbols, images, and colors. When we see our inner landscape expressed in the outer world, our relationship with the inner content has an opportunity to change and clarify. 

This insight inspires us to re-write limiting stories we’ve been telling ourselves and allows us to see how resilient, capable, and beautiful we are.
