My “Inside Out” way of making art is about going within to feel and acknowledge and then to express in outward form. 

When creating art from the Inside Out,
our perspectives change and with that
different way of viewing, we change our stories, allowing us to claim and reclaim parts of ourselves we’ve hidden away. 

I create in mediums that birth the unseen,
but felt, inner ideas and emotions
into the world of the seen and expressed.
